Return Request Form

If you would like to return any item for any reason, you must complete this request.  Failure to do so will void your right to return the item.  You have 30 days from the date the item was delivered to you to file this request. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions prior to submitting this request. You agreed to ther Terms & Conditions prior to submitting your order. If your package was damaged by UPS, please report the damaged package here. We only accept NEW, UNUSED, RE-SELLABLE items for return. We do not accept returns on Electrical items or if the item has been used or installed in any way, the item will be refused and returned.

This is necessary for:

  • Identification of your returned package.  Without the proper RA number (Return Authorization) identifying it, your package becomes the proverbial "needle in the haystack".   Returns will not be accepted without RA# written on the outside of the box.

  • Getting your package to the right location.  We ship from various locations to get your order to you fast.  Your order may have been drop shipped from the manufacturer or a regional warehouse.  Shipping a return to our P.O. Box or another inappropriate destination, will significantly delay the processing of your return, may result in additional fees or loss of shipment.

  • Avoiding lost returns.  Without a proper RA number and Shipping Tracking number, your package can easily get lost.  Without these numbers, identifying a lost package is almost impossible.

  • Receiving credit or avoiding an additional charge.  Without proof of delivery, we cannot issue credit.  In addition, if you requested a re-ship, without proof of delivery of the returned item, we must charge you for the cost of the re-shipment.

Return Policy Acknowledgment

I understand this return is subject to the Sports Imports LLC return policy in effect at the time I placed my order and as such:

  • This is a return request that must be evaluated and approved by Sports Imports LLC, and I must receive a RA number from Sports Imports LLC  before I can return the item.
  • That a return request must be made within 10 days of receiving product.
  • That, unless the return is due to shipping damage or the error of Sports Imports LLC, I will be responsible for paying the delivery shipping cost, the return shipping cost and restocking fees.
  • That I may be responsible for other restocking charges.
  • That all items have to be returned in their original containers in the condition they were received (e.g., includes instructions, bagging, screws, etc.)
  • That items that have been bent, scratched, drilled, installed, broken or otherwise damaged due to my error are not acceptable for return.
  • That electrical items cannot be returned or replaced. If defective you must contact the manufacturer as all items sold are brand new with manufacturers warranty.
  • That if I misrepresent the truth in any way (e.g., purposely damaging an item to pawn it off as shipping damage), I will void my return rights and be charge for all shipping expenses.
